information required for payment processing and billing.
Strictly necessary health data:
for example, allergies, voluntarily provided solely to ensure student safety during activities.

a) directly from the user (web forms, emails, WhatsApp, phone calls, enrollment processes);

c) from third parties necessary for service provision (agents, payment platforms, insurance companies, technology providers).
4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
SUNLIGHT processes personal data for the following purposes:
1) Managing inquiries and user support
Responding to questions, sending requested information, managing communications.
Legal basis: user consent or pre-contractual measures.
2) Academic and administrative management
Bookings, enrollment, group organization, teaching, certificates, invoicing and payment collection.
Legal basis: performance of a contract.
3) Sending advertising and marketing communications
News, promotions, events and special offers from the school that are not directly related to the user's current request.
Legal basis: user consent.
For existing clients, processing may also be based on legitimate interest regarding similar services, always offering the option to object.
By submitting a form or message through the website, the user provides their personal data for the purpose of processing their request, contacting them, and providing information, advice, and offers directly related to their inquiry, the course they are interested in, or their enrollment.
Advertising and marketing communications not directly related to the user's current request are sent only with consent provided separately or in other cases permitted by applicable law.

We will respond without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months. We will explain the extension and its reasons within the first month.
If the user believes their rights have not been respected, they may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
8. Accuracy of Data
The user guarantees that the data provided are accurate, complete and up-to-date, and undertakes to update them to ensure their accuracy.
The user shall be responsible for any damage resulting from providing false or inaccurate information.

10. Image Processing
During classes and academic activities, SUNLIGHT may take photographs or video recordings in which students appear.
Their use for informational or promotional purposes will require the consent of the data subject or, in the case of minors, their legal guardian.

11. Minors
The website is not intended for individuals under 14 years of age. If SUNLIGHT detects that a minor has provided data without authorization, such data will be deleted immediately.
