What’s included in the Intensive Course?

Programs are available for all levels - from beginners to advanced. Small groups of up to 15 students, an individual approach, and personal attention for everyone.
Interactive approach and lots of practice. Learn through real communication, everyday situations, and regular lessons with native-speaking teachers.
Conversation clubs and cultural activities. Practice your Spanish outside the classroom: city walks, events, and real-life conversations.
Materials and certificate. Your first textbook and the school’s online materials are included. You receive a Sunlight school certificate when you finish the course.

Choose your course according to your goals

Whichever study load you choose, classes are taught in Spanish so you can get used to its sounds and learn to understand spoken Spanish without constantly translating. Teachers explain new ideas using familiar words, examples, and images, helping you understand the meaning and gradually use the language with greater confidence.

Study for one week or longer. Choose the number of weeks that suits your goals and the time you have available. Separate duration requirements apply to student visa programs.

When can you start? Your start date depends on your Spanish level and availability in a suitable group. Check the school calendar for start dates in Barcelona or Valencia. If you are starting from scratch, choose a complete beginner group.

20 hours per week

The intensive format is ideal if you want to focus on learning Spanish and spend more time practicing. Classes run Monday through Friday, with two lessons a day: general Spanish and practice (4 hours per day). You explore new topics and put what you learn into practice through conversation, gradually building confidence. Morning and midday groups are available.
10 hours per week

The semi-intensive format is ideal if you want to study Spanish every weekday while leaving time for work, other studies, or personal commitments. Classes run Monday through Friday, with one general Spanish lesson a day (2 hours per day). You build your grammar and vocabulary, develop your listening skills, and practice speaking. Morning and midday groups are available.

Intensive 20 course — classes meet Monday through Friday for 4 hours a day (a total of 20 hours per week)
Intensive 10 course — classes meet Monday through Friday for 2 hours a day (a total of 10 hours per week)
A one-time registration fee of €60 is required when you enroll and is paid separately from the course fee
Your first textbook is included in the course fee, so you will not need to pay for it separately
The “4+”, “8+”, “12+”, “24+”, and “32+” columns show the price of each additional week when you book beyond the indicated duration and pay for all weeks in a single payment; if you extend your course later, the price is calculated separately based on the number of weeks in your new booking
