Ricardo founded Sunlight in 2017 with the aim of creating a school that combines a serious commitment to learning with lively lessons and the enjoyment of studying a language. Starting in a small room, he grew the project into four schools in Barcelona and Valencia and continues to teach Spanish. He writes books and teaching materials, is a DELE examiner, and leads teacher training courses. He has worked with publishers PONS and SM Ediciones and trained over 200 teachers. His interest in education extends beyond the classroom: he creates videos and podcasts and develops a project for learning Spanish through music. With students and in his projects alike, his goal is to make Spanish clear, accessible, and engaging.

Natalia leads marketing and the school's administration department, combining school promotion with the organization of everyday operations. After earning two marketing qualifications in Moscow, she built her career in education. At Sunlight, she worked across several departments before becoming co-director, so she knows the school from within and draws on her own professional experience in her leadership role. Determined and ready to take on challenges, she finds personal meaning in her work through her interest in languages and Spanish culture. She holds two university degrees, in Media and Communications and International Law, as well as two master's degrees: in European and International Law and in New Journalism, Political Communication and Knowledge Society. Daniel has been creating websites since 2005 and ran his own web design studio before moving to Spain. At the school, he is responsible for website development and maintenance: updating information, adding content, reviewing visitor statistics, and working on optimization. Another part of his role involves administering Bitrix24 and setting up automation to help the team manage inquiries, deals, and documents. He also provides technical support for computers, software, and equipment at both schools. His connection to SUNLIGHT is personal, too: before joining the team, he spent a year studying Spanish here.
